Thank you for a wonderful basket making weekend! We had such fun and we’re really pleased with our baskets ! Your teaching was excellent, thank you for your patience !

I just wanted to thank you (and Willow) so much for a very enjoyable weekend. Having struggled through the years of lockdown with my husband’s illness and subsequent death, I now find it difficult to go out to meet new people and tackle new projects. Your relaxed approach and endless patience made a huge difference and I was amazed by what we all managed to achieve. It was also interesting to see how every basket was so different.

I just wanted to say thank you again and to let you know how much I enjoyed your weekend basket making course, I now feel inspired to make some more for my loved ones !! You had all the elements right: cake, terrier and relaxing mindfulness. I will certainly, be recommending your lovely course to my friends.

Gerard and I spent two fantastic days learning how to weave baskets with Jon while Willow kept an eye on proceedings. It was a fabulous course and we heartily recommend it. Jon is patient and good-humoured and an excellent teacher. Hopefully we can sign up for a next level course next time we are in Norfolk. Many thanks Jon. Marcus

Hi Jonathon Just a short note to say many thanks for the hugely enjoyable & informative 2 days. The course was everything I had hoped it would be, your explanations and demonstrations were excellent (even to a left-hander).It was so enjoyable I’ve ordered some willow so I can carry on at home!All the best, I may book on another course when I need more inspiration.

Now that we are back on native Leicester soil, I thought that I ought to write to thank you for an excellent time of basketmaking and cake eating. Gill and I had a really  enjoyable and instructive day. We would have liked one of our grandsons to have been there to have had the chance to experience that teachers can be positive and inspirational, something he doesn’t seem to get at his secondary school. We have been singing your praises and perhaps word of mouth might encourage others to make the journey to rural Norfolk.
